Children’s Resources on Wheels is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening child care, family life, child development and community links in Lanark County. The 8 – person Board of Directors provides governance for both the EarlyON Child and Family Centre and Licensed Home Child Care. The Committees of CROW provide a mechanism for community, Board, and staff members to provide input and guidance to the Board regarding key organizational directions through the work of the following main standing committees: Finance, Personnel and Governance.

Our Board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month (excluding July and December) and makes decisions using a formal consensus model. Usually our meetings are held during the day, but due to COVID-19 we are meeting in the evening virtually. CROW offers child care for meetings held during the day under normal circumstances.
