211 Services in Ontario
211 is a free information and referral (I&R) to the most comprehensive database of community, social, health and related government services in Ontario. 211 has 24/7, multilingual helpline staffed by Community Navigators who connect people with community, social, health and government services. 211 is targeted, live, confidential help: all phone calls answered by certified Information and Referral Specialists (not automated systems). 211 can serve more than 150 languages. This service is around-the-clock-access available 24/7/365 days.
